Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns or exchanges for change of mind if:
- Items are returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products are sealed, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase from the Goat Club Store is provided.
- The total order value of the return is under $1,000 (excluding shipping/taxes).
Exclusions:
- Bulky or heavy items (as defined by our shipping provider) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Return Process
- Complete and submit the return form.
- Send products to Factory 8, 36 Merri Concourse, Campbellfield 3061.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
- Payment surcharges (e.g., credit card, PayPal) are non-refundable.
