• We ship within Australia only via Australia Post Standard, Australia Post Express, or Team Global Express (TGE).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, promotions).

• Estimated delivery times:
  • VIC: 2-5 business days
  • NSW, QLD, SA: 3-7 business days
  • NT, WA, TAS: 4-10 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and depend on courier capacity.
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order is dispatched.
• Once shipped, orders become the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for transit damage unless caused by our negligence.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, re-shipping fees will apply.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns or exchanges for change of mind if:

• Items are returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Products are sealed, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• A valid proof of purchase from the Goat Club Store is provided.
• The total order value of the return is under $1,000 (excluding shipping/taxes).

Exclusions:

• Bulky or heavy items (as defined by our shipping provider) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Return Process

• Complete and submit the return form.
• Send products to Factory 8, 36 Merri Concourse, Campbellfield 3061.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
• Payment surcharges (e.g., credit card, PayPal) are non-refundable.

Important: We do not offer refunds or credits for unsealed, used, damaged, or soiled items or those missing their original packaging or tags.
